Over the past 18 months, the team has demonstrated their capabilities on what will be one of the largest Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) units ever delivered to Brazil.

The FPSO Bacalhau, with a topside designed to produce up to 220,000 barrels of crude oil per day and handle significant volumes of associated gas and seawater, marks a significant achievement in offshore engineering. Notably, the project incorporates a Combined Cycle Power Generation System to reduce CO2 emissions during its operational phase, highlighting a commitment to sustainability.

Infinity Engineering's involvement began in March 2022 in the Netherlands, later transitioning to Thailand, and is now entering its final phase in Singapore. Throughout the project, the team has leveraged their CompEx EX01-04 certification to ensure work within hazardous gas areas meets the stringent requirements of the ATEX 95 and 137 Directives.

As the FPSO Bacalhau Project approaches its final stages in Q4 of 2023, Infinity Engineering's dedication to compliance with standards such as the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Electricity Act 1989, BS EN 60079, and ISO9001 remains evident. Their role in this ambitious project underscores the company's ability to deliver complex solutions while adhering to essential safety and quality standards.
